Law enforcement in New York Town declared an arrest in the shooting loss of life of Zhiwen Yan, a Chinese food stuff delivery worker, who was shot in the upper body on April 30 even though riding his scooter in the community of Forest Hills, Queens.
Glenn Hirsch, 51, was arrested Wednesday evening and charged with murder and felony possession of a weapon, according to New York Police Department Commissioner Keechant Sewell.
