Xmas Spiced Syrup

• 1 cup water
• 2 cups sugar
• 10-15 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick

White Xmas

• 1 ¾ oz Ketel 1
• ¾ oz Lemon juice
• ¾ oz Christmas syrup (Cloves, cardamon, cinnamon) 2:1*
• 1 oz Product

Christmas Spiced Syrup

• Include water and sugar into a modest saucepan more than medium warmth and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved

• Remove from warmth and add the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Permit steep for several hours.

• Pressure into a jar or bottle, tightly sealed and refrigerated.

White Christmas

• Include all substances to cocktail shaker with no ice.

• Insert ice and shake.

• Double pressure into rocks glass

• Provide on the rocks more than cubed ice garnish with two Cranberries & Mint (to glance like holly)
