Cy-Fair Helping Hands is hosting a community food pantry April 23 at 10 a.m.

The food pantry, hosted in collaboration with Houston Food Bank and Faith Church, will serve residents within CFISD boundaries. The mobile food pantry will take place at Faith Church located at 7755 Fairbanks North Houston Road, Houston. Food boxes will be given out until supplies are gone.

“Not only do we wish to provide food on Saturday, April 23, but we are hoping to reach individuals and families that do not know about our community food pantry, and are experiencing food instability,” Patricia Hudson, executive director of community outreach for CFHH, said.

Families interested in CFHH services can visit the organization at 9606 Kirkton Drive, Houston. CFHH is open Monday, Thursday and the first and third Saturday of every month from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Clients may visit the pantry twice a month.
